“Long years
ago, we made a tryst with destiny and now the time comes when we shall redeem
our pledge… At the stroke of the midnight hour, when the world sleeps, India
will awake to life and freedom.”
These words
reverberated in everyone’s head and soul as the school celebrated the 71st Independence Day in full spirits.
The school was adorned with tricolour balloons
and flags. The special assembly of the students to commemorate the day created
an ambience of patriotism. The programme started with the singing of the
National Anthem which aroused in every Agarsainian heart, love for the nation.

whole school echoed with slogans of “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” and “Jai Hind” as
students pledged to serve the nation and contribute in its progress. Tiny tots
presented an upbeat dance performance devoted to Lord Krishna to mark the
auspicious festival of Janmashtami.
