Independence Day at Maps was celebrated on the theme 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam' with grandeur and patriotism. The festivities began with a moving rendition of the national anthem, as the entire gathering stood in reverence of the national flag.
The event showcased a variety of performances, including the school band's scintillating performance, a traditional fashion show on G20 nations, a choir group presenting a Qawwali, and a captivating dance performance. Our international guests, Alisa Misuzu Yarling and Evan Matthew Benoit from the USA added vibrant cultural diversity to the school celebration by showcasing their lively dance.
President AWS, Shri Anil Gupta Ji and Principal Ms. Alka Sahni delivered inspiring messages that encouraged everyone to contribute positively to the nation's growth.
